Black wool rib knit jumper by dirk bikkembergs (probably from autumn winter 1997). The jumper is made from a lightish-medium weight wool, and has a low, slightly curved v-neck with two long, straight pieces attached to it. These can be worn down over the body, wrapped, or with the addition of a shinyish metal tie ring (included), become an integrated necktie. When used this way, the wearer appears to be wearing a chain necklace from the back.
